More than just orientation

Now, you may be wondering, "Just what do Erik and his crew do?".  Well, before I answer that for you, let's take a moment to have a talk about organisational socialisation.


Organisational socialisation is the process by which a person secures relevant job skills, acquires a functional level of organisational understanding, attains supportive social interactions with coworkers, and generally accepts the established ways of a particular organisation.  Organisational socialisation is vital due to the prevalence of reorganising many organisations are facing.

We have since implemented procedures to ensure informal commitments are documented effciently and effectively reducing the potential for confusion.
